CRA Membership The Computing Research Association (CRA) is incorporated in the District of Columbia and operates as a 501(c)3 organization under the Tax Code of the U.S. Internal Revenue Service. CRA's 2008 Annual Report (160 KB PDF). CRA members are institutions (members list). Typical members include academic departments, academic and industrial research laboratories, government laboratories, and professional computing societies. Individuals may participate in CRA activities and provide financial support to the organization or its individual programs, but they may not become members. The CRA bylaws set requirements for membership in CRA. If you are interested in having your institution become a member of CRA, please e-mail members@cra.org.
