Travel Reimbursement

Your travel will be reimbursed. You will be reimbursed for all meals during travel that are not provided during the workshop. You will also be reimbursed up to $500 for air and ground transportation. See the reimbursement page for more information.

Hotel

Please make your hotel reservations before May 29, 2006. On that date the hotel releases all the rooms on hold for CRA and you may not get a room. Two night's accommodations (room+tax) will be provided and paid by CRA. Any additional nights and any incidentals will be your responsibility.

The conference hotel is the Cliff Lodge at Snowbird Ski & Summer Resort. To reserve a hotel room, call Snowbird Central Reservations at 1-800-453-3000. Mention that you are attending the "CRA Chairs Conference" to receive the following room rates at Cliff Lodge:

Standard Bedroom: $125/night
Deluxe Bedroom: $189/night

Ground Transportation (Shuttle Service)

Snowbird Resort is located 29 miles (35 minutes) from the Salt Lake City International Airport. Airport Shuttles may be arranged through Snowbird Central Reservations at 1-800-453-3000. If calling from Canada, please dial 1-801-947-8220. The round trip fare for individuals is $52 plus driver gratuity. Walk ups are accepted on a space available basis at the Canyon Transportation desk located in the baggage claim area of the Salt Lake City International Airport. Cancellations received within 48 hours of arrival are non-refundable. Shuttles leave Cliff Lodge every hour on the hour.
