CRA's members are departments, labs, centers, and the leadership of its affiliated professional societies. Please e-mail members@cra.org if you are unsure whether or not your organization is a member.

Accommodations
The conference hotel is the Cliff Lodge at Snowbird Ski & Summer Resort. To reserve a hotel room, call Snowbird Central Reservations at 1-800-453-3000. If calling from Canada, please dial 1-801-947-8220. Mention that you are attending the "CRA Chairs Conference" to receive the following room rates at Cliff Lodge:

Internet Availability / Computing Facilities
Complimentary Air2Data Hi-Speed Wireless Internet access is available at Snowbird. You can access the Web in your room or from many common areas on the property by launching your web browser from your wireless-enabled laptop.
Please note that CRA will not be able to provide a computer lab or printers.
Ground Transportation (Airport Shuttle Service)
Snowbird Resort is located 29 miles (35 minutes) from the Salt Lake City International Airport. Airport Shuttles may be arranged through Snowbird Central Reservations at 1-800-255-1841. If calling from Canada, please dial 1-801-255-1841. Please make these arrangements prior to your arrival in Salt Lake City. The round trip fare for individuals is $60 plus driver gratuity. Walk-ups are accepted on a space available basis at the Canyon Transportation desk located in the baggage claim area of the Salt Lake City International Airport. Cancellations received within 48 hours of arrival are non-refundable. Shuttles leave Cliff Lodge for the airport every hour on the hour.
Activities
If you are arriving early or bringing a guest, Snowbird resort offers a variety of activities. For information on activities, dining, and entertainment at the resort and in Salt Lake City, call the resort at 1-801-933-2147 or check the website at: http://www.snowbird.com/
Everything is conveniently located within a short walking distance in Snowbird Village. You will find a variety of restaurants, cafes, bars and lounges with spectacular mountain views. There is a wide variety of shopping choices from souvenirs and jewelry to boutique items and high fashion sportswear.
The Cliff Lodge also includes a sundries shop, children's daycare and infant center, and the Cliff Health and Beauty Spas with pools, health club, sauna, and whirlpools.
Child Care
Attendees requiring child care should contact Camp Snowbird at 1-800-933-2256. We encourage you to call ahead of time since their facilities are limited.
Dress
Casual attire is appropriate for all conference functions. You may want to bring a sweater or light jacket as it tends to get a little chilly in the evenings due to the high elevation.
Cancellations
Cancellation requests received in the CRA office by midnight July 3 will result in a refund of the Snowbird Conference registration fee minus a $125 cancellation fee. For the IT Deans meeting, a $50 cancellation fee will apply. No refunds will be made after July 3. You may send a substitute in your place.
