About Me:

I am a fourth year Computer Engineering undergraduate student at Universidad del Turabo in Puerto Rico. I have been selected in the summer of 2008 to work in the Computer Science Department of Texas A&M in the area of parallel processing.



Goals for this Summer:

Gain a lot of new knowledge in the area of parallel processing, investigate about areas of research in Computer Science at Texas A&M and decide which area would be my major interest to apply to graduate school.



Job Description:

I am an undergraduate student researcher participating in the REU Computer Science at Texas A&M and the DMP program for the summer 2008. My mentors are Dr. Valerie Taylor and Dr. Xingfu Wu. Read my abstract to get a preview of my investigation.
